Add a Bluetooth Device

Adding a Bluetooth device to your computer is a timed activity and requires moving back and forth between the two. Here are the steps, noting to the left whether that step is performed on the Bluetooth device or your computer.

Bluetooth toolbar

  1. Bluetooth device Turn on Bluetooth on your device.
  2. Computer Turn on Bluetooth on your computer by clicking the Toggle switch on the right side of Bluetooth panel.
  3. Computer In The Bluetooth* Panel, click the Add a new device button.
  4. Computer Quickly check your screen. A number should appear.
  5. Bluetooth device Enter the number seen on your computer and click Done.
  6. Computer Click done on your computer.
