Search Your Pasteboard

Note: The Pasteboard panel doesn’t automatically appear in your toolbar. To add it, you’ll need to Customize the Toolbar.

To search your pasteboard, open The Pasteboard Panel from the toolbar and, in the search bar at the top of the panel, type any word or phrase in the text entry you are looking for. All items that you have copied or cut, since you last cleared your pasteboard, appear in the pane below the search bar.

Note: When you have content in the search bar, only the pasteboard copied text that matches that search string appears in the pasteboard copied text list below. In other words, as long as you have content in the search bar, you won’t be able to see all of the available pasteboard options in the copied text list.
