Show System Tray

System trays are used by many Linux applications. If you would like to use the system tray:

Application panel

  1. In The Applications Panel, select Accessories > Settings.
  2. In the Personal group, select System Tray system tray.
  3. Move the slider from left to right and the slider field will turn green. The system tray will appear immediately at the bottom of every panel, no need to restart your computer.

Note: To hide the system tray, move the slider back to the left.
